A bit about me:
I am a 2017 graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College with an Advanced Ontario College Diploma in Massage Therapy. In addition, I have earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Health and Leisure with Massage from the Institute of Technology of Tralee, Ireland in 2018, which helped develop my holistic approach to Massage Therapy. My dedication to helping the body heal will further ensure that my individually tailored treatments will be both outcome-based and relaxing while striving to achieve my client’s goals.
Why I enjoy working at KCWC:
I enjoy working at Kawartha Care Wellness Centre because I feel like I’m home away from home. Everyone’s very friendly and are team players who work together to ensure the best client care collectively.
My areas of expertise are:
I strive to ensure that I am able to properly treat anything that I come across. Whether there is a neurological pathology that is causing muscle weakness or muscular adhesion’s that are causing headaches, pinching of nerves, and swelling further down the body. I make certain that my treatments help rehabilitate the body. I have also been trained in various European techniques of Aquatic Therapy, which can help the relief of pain & muscle spasm, promote relaxation, and maintain & increase joint range of motion.
