Prenatal Massage Therapy during pregnancy is a safe and relaxing choice for prenatal care. It allows mom to feel relaxed and comfortable during a period of physical and emotional stress. As the body changes and extra stress is put on the joints and muscles, massage will also help alleviate any pain or discomfort you may be experiencing.
During your prenatal massage our therapists use a specially designed pregnancy support cushion and well as lavender essential oils which allow mom-to-be to feel blissful and relaxed.
Yes. Most insurance plans will cover Prenatal Massage (all done by RMTs) through your extended health, some of which may require a Physician’s referral.
