What is Counselling
Counselling is used to help manage stress, reduce anxiety, and can assist patients with setting goals for the future. Working together, a counsellor with RSW, MSW qualifications can help one to explore emotions and patterns of thinking, bringing a new perspective to the challenges experienced. Counselling can also assist in developing new ways of coping with the difficulties an individual is facing and help to find a new sense of satisfaction and fulfilment in life.
