Most insurance companies allow for Direct Billing! This means that when you come in for your appointment, we will take your insurance information and ask your provider to pay us directly (so you won’t have to!). We want to make your life easier and take away the worry of forgetting to submit your claim, out-of-pocket expenses, or keeping track of receipts and details until the end of the year. If there is a co-pay or deductible owing, we will ask you to pay the small amount that insurance does not cover.

My insurance doesn’t allow for direct billing – can I still claim the visit?
Yes, you will definitely be able to claim your visit!
In this case, we will ask you to pay for your visit and provide you with a receipt. You can use this to submit your claim online. This way, you will receive your payment back – directly to you!
