Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.

High-responsibility roles and major life transitions can place a unique strain on mental health. Whether you’re a facing unexpected personal or professional changes, burnout, grief, anxiety, depression, or working as a first responder managing the cumulative impact of trauma, or someone navigating significant personal or career changes, therapy can offer a structured and supportive space to regroup and realign.

With over five years of experience as a consultant to police services, I’ve had the unique opportunity to respond alongside officers to hundreds of calls. This direct exposure has given me a deep, firsthand understanding of the complex challenges faced by first responders — including the impact of trauma, operational stress, and the unspoken expectation to “keep it together.” I bring this insight into my clinical work, offering a space that is not only evidence-based and trauma-informed but also deeply attuned to the realities of the job.

I specialize in providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals with ADHD. I support clients in managing the unique challenges associated with attention, organization, emotional regulation, and executive functioning.

I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work, and bring over 18 years of experience working across clinical, community, and crisis settings. My background has equipped me with a strong foundation in evidence-based practice, trauma-informed care, and a deep understanding of the complex factors that influence mental health and well-being.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out.
