Kelsey was raised in Sunderland, Ontario where she participated in a range of athletics
from a young age. Passionate for sport and movement, she completed her
undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph where she
volunteered as an athletic therapist for the men’s soccer team. Kelsey is a graduate of
Glasgow Caledonian University with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She
has continued to volunteer her time for running events offering treatment pre and post-
race and has acted as a medical volunteer for Skate Canada offering rink-side medical
personnel during skating competitions.
Kelsey has experience treating a variety of orthopedic injuries in clients of all ages, and
has a growing passion for working with prenatal and post-partum women. She has
additional training in pelvic health, treating pelvic floor conditions in both females and
males. She utilizes a biopsychosocial approach to treat the whole person, focusing on
manual therapy techniques, functional exercises and education, to help people achieve
their goals and guide them to a healthy active lifestyle. When not in the clinic, Kelsey
enjoys being in the outdoors usually consisting of exercise and good company.
