What is Reflexology
Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. It is based on the premise that each point corresponds to over 7,200 nerve endings that relate to each organ, gland and part of the body. Through the application of pressure, reflexology is thought to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote regular function of the body.

Coverage
Some insurance plans will cover reflexology through your extended health benefits. After your treatment, you will be issued a receipt that you can send directly to your insurance company to reimburse the cost.
